WHEN homeowner's plan extensive renovations, it is often difficult for them to find licensed contractors who focus on quality, budget and production. Recognizing a need, LSC developed this specialty as an ongoing part of its business. Sean Sullivan explains the company's unique capabilities: "I like renovation work even though it is much more difficult than new construction. We do renovations as a regular part of our business. If you get someone working on your home that is not used to doing renovations, it really shows! We are used to going in and adding onto a home, making sure all the floors meet up, all the roof lines intersect, and all the soffits and fascia match. We also take special care to maintain the home's architectural integrity. Just as with our new home construction, we work from architect's plans."

Living Through It

Due to the size and complexity of our renovation projects, most clients choose to move out of their homes during construction. However, we are careful to protect the owner's property and to ensure that everyone on the job is clean-cut, respectful, courteous and professional. We take care to assure daily clean-up on the job and to keep the homeowner appraised of progress. Services like plumbing, gas and power are not interrupted unless absolutely necessary and quickly restored.
