Brenton Faircloth

Brenton is the Estimator for Living Stone Design + Build and is heavily involved with the start-up of projects. He oversees the bidding process, develops budgets, researches new products, acts in a support role to the superintendents during construction, and handles warranties after the build is finished.

He received his BS in Environmental Tech. and Management from NC State University, his MS in Applied Technology with a concentration in Building Science from Appalachian State University, and is an Eagle Scout. Brenton has had a wide range of experience both in and out of the construction industry and enjoys developing new skillsets. He lives in Arden with his amazing wife Zoë.
