Raymond Orzulak

Raymond Orzulak is the seasoned Project Manager at Living Stone Design + Build. With 22 years of experience in the construction industry, he specializes in residential renovations. Originally from California, Raymond has recently made Asheville his home after spending significant time in Durham and Raleigh. He has managed projects ranging from historical restorations to contemporary remodels under his own GC license. When he’s not coordinating builds, Raymond enjoys mountain biking and climbing with his two younger brothers.
