Living Stone Design + Build, a member of the Sullivan Family of Companies, announces its collaboration with House Beautiful Magazine for the 2024 Whole Home project. This project is House Beautiful’s inaugural vacation home, located in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, and will be highlighted in the magazine’s upcoming November/December Renovation Issue.
With nearly 30 years of experience in luxury custom home building, Living Stone Design + Build is known for its commitment to quality and sustainability. The company was recently recognized as the Custom Home Builder of the Year 2023 by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), underscoring its innovation in custom home construction.

This collaboration with House Beautiful and Living Stone Design + Build aligns with their shared dedication to healthier living environments, as demonstrated by House Beautiful’s partnership with Wellness Within Your Walls, promoting toxin-free home environments. The completed home will be featured on HouseBeautiful.com and in the November/December 2024 Renovation Issue, available November 26.
