As a Lead Estimator, Chad brings over 25 years of comprehensive construction experience to the Living Stone team, having dedicated his career to building beautiful, healthy, resource efficient, and energy efficient homes. His extensive background spans the full spectrum of the industry, from hands-on construction as a carpenter and PM to complex pre-construction work in estimating and purchasing.

Drawn to Living Stone’s commitment to designing and building high-performance homes, Chad finds genuine purpose in contributing to a team that consistently raises the bar for quality and sustainability. His work is underpinned by an unwavering attention to detail, striving for every project budget to be as high-performing as the homes the team creates.

When he steps away from the blueprints, you can find Chad spending time with his family and Doberman Pinscher, or on the track enjoying high performance driving events in an old BMW.
