Jay Burress

With a wealth of experience in AVL, Jay is an integral part of our team, ensuring the successful completion of projects from the final punch to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (CO).

As the Finish Manager, Jay takes charge of overseeing all aspects of the finishing phase, meticulously checking punch lists and ensuring that every trade and responsible party is aligned with project goals. His keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence contribute significantly to the smooth and timely delivery of high-quality finished projects.

A proud Marine veteran, Jay brings a disciplined and organized approach to his work, reflecting the values instilled during his military service. His leadership skills and ability to coordinate various teams make him an invaluable asset in the fast-paced world of AVL.

Outside of work, Jay is a family man with four grown children. He finds joy in spending quality time with his grandchildren and indulges in his passion for golfing. Jay’s multifaceted life experiences and dedication make him not just a reliable professional but also a well-rounded individual who enriches both our workplace and community.
