The Westmorland is a universally designed home that maximizes your mountain views, boasts a real old-world feel, and is incredibly energy efficient. This spacious floor plan works well, on a flat or sloping lot, and is ideal for corner lots with the side load garage. With a large master suite, open entertaining spaces including a dining room and study all on the main level, it is ideal for the couple that is looking to slow down their professional life and begin enjoying mountain living. Since it has overflow bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level and bonus room and bath on the upper level, family and friends can stay as (little or) long as you like! This 3 bedroom (4 bath home) can easily be converted into more bedrooms (or craft space) by utilizing the bonus room or adding a lower level. Perhaps the best feature of this home is its orientation to the mountain views from the great room, master bedroom, or covered porch. This plan allows for 2,844 hsf on the main level and an additional 995 of hsf on the lower level. Although shown over a basement, the foundation can also be placed over a slab, crawl space, or fully finished lower level depending on your needs and desired budget.
