Patrick Sullivan

Pre-Construction Manager

As Pre-Construction Manager, Patrick oversees the process from sales to production. Pre-Construction services include building and maintaining relationships by communicating and working with clients, various professionals, local municipalities, and design review boards throughout the design process. Growing up in the industry, he spent his summers working for Living Stone and trade contractors (framing, grading, cabinet making, etc.).

Patrick is a recent graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor’s in Finance. He’s currently pursuing a Master’s of Divinity through Liberty Online. Patrick is looking forward to learning and growing in the family business.
